Terms of Service
I reserve the right to cancel an order if the commissioner violates these terms and conditions.MAINTENANCE:
- Payment via PayPal or IBAN (within the EU).
- All commissions are done digitally and you will receive a high resolution PNG file of your image and a web version.
- I have the right to refuse work if I don't like the theme/character. If you are unsure of what you want, just ask if I will do it ;)
- I reserve the right to decide if I want to submit your work to my homepage or any other site I own.
- I can draw fetish (except for the bottom list).The copyright of the final image will remain with me. You may use your painting for non-commercial use only (upload the web version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, make prints for yourself and friends, etc.)! I have the rights to upload the commission to my galleries and use it for prints in artbooks, portfolios, etc. If you would like to purchase the rights for commercial use, please ask for a price.REFUNDS:
- You may receive a full refund if the work has not yet started (excluding various translation fees).
- If the customer chooses to cancel, I will refund an amount equal to the cost of the uncompleted work. If the work has been completed in full, I do not give a refund. If half of the work is completed, I will refund half of the amount.
- If I have to cancel the job due to events in my life, I make a full refund (including fee reimbursement).PROCESS:
- I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking the colors a bit, perhaps adjusting the tags to better fit the other character, etc. By no means will I change a character so much that he or she becomes unrecognizable, and I will stick to specifics.
- I will accept changes due to things I forgot or missed, such as labeling or necessary accessories. There is no additional charge if this information was included in the source sheet or description.
- If you need a specific image resolution, please let me know.
- If you would like another artist to color or otherwise edit the work I have done, please ask me in advance and show me the artist you have in mind.
- If you need an order by a specific date, please write right away and coordinate with mePERSONAL NOTE:
- Depending on my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the order, the process of work after payment can take anywhere from a few days to a few months.I don't want or can't to draw:
Gore, death, dismemberment, mutilation, transformation, underage characters in sex scenes, diapers/scat, anal/vaginal vore, vomit, sex with pregnant (nsfw), hyper fat or dystrophy, hyper muscular, hyper dicks and tits (ask me if your fetish isn't listed here)
