Terms of Service (TOS)By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if these terms are violated.---1. Payment and Delivery- All commissions are digital only. You will receive a high-resolution PNG file and a web-optimized version.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I am uncomfortable with the theme, subject, or content. If you're unsure, feel free to ask.
- I may choose to upload completed works to my website or online galleries unless otherwise agreed.
- I can draw fetish content, excluding the prohibited list (see Section 7).---2. Copyright and Usage Rights- Copyright Ownership: All copyrights to the final image remain with the Artist (myself).
- Client Usage Rights: The Client receives a for personal, non-commercial use only, including (but not limited to):
- Uploading to personal galleries
- Using as an avatar or profile picture
- Printing for personal use or as gifts- Artist’s Rights to Use: I retain the right to use the image for:
- My personal portfolio and online galleries
- Advertisements and promotional materials
- Commercial projects, including the production and sale of goods featuring the artwork, and inclusion in games, publications, etc.
I am not obligated to notify the client in advance of such uses.- Client Restrictions: The Client may not use the image for commercial purposes unless a separate commercial license is purchased.- Option to Opt Out: If the Client does not wish the image to be used commercially by the Artist, they must notify me before the commission begins or at an early stage. Such arrangements are subject to negotiation.- Commercial Licensing: To obtain rights for independent commercial use, the Client must contact the Artist to negotiate terms and fees.---3. Refund Policy- A full refund (minus transaction fees) is available if work has not yet begun.
- If the client cancels after work has started, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount completed.
- Example: If 50% of the work is done, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds are given if the artwork is fully completed.
- If I must cancel the commission for personal reasons, a full refund including fees will be issued.---4. Work Process- I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This may include slight color or design adjustments, but the character will remain recognizable.
- Corrections for missed details (e.g., labels, accessories) included in the reference or description are free of charge.
- Please let me know if you need a specific resolution or file format.
- If another artist will modify or color the work, you must get my permission first and provide the artist's name or portfolio.
- If you need the piece by a specific deadline, please inform me before commissioning so I can confirm availability.---5. Turnaround Time- Completion time depends on complexity, health, workload, and schedule.
- Delivery can range from a few days to a few months.---6. Prohibited ContentI do not accept commissions involving:- Gore, death, dismemberment, mutilation, transformation
- Underage characters in sexual contexts
- Diapers, scat, vomit
- Vaginal/anal vore
- NSFW content involving pregnancy
- Hyper fat, dystrophy, hyper muscle
